The Cushman & Wakefield Melbourne Head Office Fit Out was constructed over two levels in Melbourne CBD. The modern office refurbishment begun with the construction and installation of a new staircase between floors. Once the staircase was installed; the fit out begun installing glazed partitions for new offices and ceiling cable trays to create an exposed ceiling aesthetic.
The finishing touches included polished concrete floors, a marble reception desk, furniture and workstations throughout the office space.
