The project consisted of the extension of the existing Children’s Centre aimed to provide a new staff room, two new office and refresh the front façade of the building.
The project is being delivered in stages to ensure full unrestricted operation of the Childcare. All works are coordinated to meet the required timeframe, budget and specification required by the client.
Works included the construction of new offices and staff rooms, new
timber deck, roofing extension, new flooring, joinery and re-configuration of engineering services
