The construction of the Headquarters for the Portuguese Association of Victoria consisted of a design and construct process. RPLCON helped provide the client with concept drawings which were then work shopped together to fulfill all the needs of the Association. Later assisting the client to receive town planning approval with Melton City Council then finally constructing the building through to completion.
The Portuguese community now enjoy and use the building for dining, cultural events and social gatherings.
